Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can purchase tickets at the point of purchase at The Carousel of Dreams at The Factory at Franklin.

  • Tickets are $5 (+ tax) and will be available at point of purchase.

    Family Pass – 12 rides for $45 (+ tax), with no expiration date.

    Single Rider Day Pass - 3 rides for $12 (+tax), valid only on the day of purchase.

    3% fee on credit cards.

  • The Carousel of Dreams by Ken Means is located in Building 7 at The Factory.

  • Children under 42 inches must ride with an adult. The child rides free, but the accompanying adult must purchase a ticket.

  • Any child under 42 inches rides free, but must be accompanied by an adult who is required to purchase a ticket.
